The company has put Van Beusekom at the head of its initiative to expand its program and product offerings, which will deliver an expanded suite of professional and consulting services to healthcare providers, including critical access hospitals and rural healthcare organizations.
These services will complement and enhance the IT services and solutions Sisu already offers, which include consulting, information systems implementation, hosting, interoperability, solution architecture and custom programming.
“We’re pleased to have Keith join the Sisu team to oversee our new program services and product development,” said Kris Olberg, Sisu’s Chief Information Officer. “His over two decades of experience in program, product and project management will be of great benefit to us as we continue to target the growth of the solutions we offer and the expansion of our client base.”
Before joining Sisu, Van Beusekom spent over 20 years as an information services professional. Past roles include Principal, Customer Success Executive at the systems software corporation CA Technologies and Practice Director at the staffing firm Spherion.
Van Beusekom is also a Project Management Institute certified Project Management Professional, a green belt in Lean/Six Sigma and has certifications in both ITIL and process management. He will also oversee project management at Sisu.
“I see a lot of potential in Sisu’s business model, which leverages two of the fastest growing business segments in the country: healthcare and IT,” said Van Beusekom. “I’m excited to spearhead the expansion of Sisu’s current offerings. I’m also committed to offering our clients the integrated solutions that 1) create sustainable IT cost structures and 2) deliver critical access to information for their staff, their administration and the communities they serve.”
The hiring of Van Beusekom represents Sisu’s next move in a long-term strategy to expand its client base in the healthcare provider segment with a focus on community and rural healthcare organizations, including critical access hospitals. The company also recently hired Kevin McArdle as its Chief Revenue Officer and added Ariel Avestruz as a Senior Account Manager.
“Through foresight by its board and hard work by the Sisu team, Sisu has transformed from a department-centric coalition to a self-sustaining, business-centric delivery organization with continued focus on assisting rural and community healthcare,” said Scott Lee, Sisu’s CEO. “Sisu has a proven and reliable engine in serving its customer base. Our recent hires, including Keith, Kevin and Ariel, have added significant horsepower to that engine, and I am very optimistic about Sisu’s potential.”
